Super Skrull is a Skrull supervillain with the powers of the Fantastic Four.

Kl'rt is a Skrull artificially augmented and given each of the abilities of the Fantastic Four.
Deathlok[]
When the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. arrive at a mall to do some shopping, they find Deathlok attacking a girl; it is discovered, however, that the girl is Super-Skrull, in disguise as part of the Skrulls' plot to invade Earth. Super-Skrull then turns invisible in order to prepare the weapon that would eradicate humans. Afterwards, the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. and Deathlok go underground into the Skrull base to find Super-Skrull. Super-Skrull then gets into the spaceship, where the weapon is. Following in their jet, the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. join Deathlok on the Skrull ship, where Hulk and She-Hulk follow Deathlok to Super-Skrull. Hulk, She-Hulk, and Deathlok then find Super-Skrull as he activates the weapon where the Skrulls have done this to other planets. While the others disable the weapon, Hulk fights Super-Skrull, and he manages to get him tangled as Deathlok activates his self-destruct sequence. Super-Skrull gets away as the Skrull ship is destroyed by Deathlok's self-destructing core.

Super-Skrull has been genetically altered to possess all the powers of the Fantastic Four. As such, he can elongate any part of his body, emit and control flames, use his control over flames to fly, become invisible, form invisible force fields, possess superhuman strength, and transform into a rocky hide/body armor.
- Skrull Shape-Shifting: Like other Skrulls, Kl'rt is a shape-shifter. Thus, he has the ability to rearrange the molecules of his body at will into any form, shape, or perception that he chooses. This allows him to imitate the appearance of any of the four members of the Fantastic Four, as well as their powers.
- Superhuman Strength: The Super-Skrull possesses superhuman strength beyond the natural limits of the finest Skrull. Kl'rt's superhuman strength is sufficient to lift 100 tons or more.
- Superhuman Durability: The Super-Skrull is far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal Skrulls.
- Superhuman Stamina: The Super-Skrull's muscles produce fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than the muscles of a normal Skrull.
- Superhuman Speed: The Super-Skrull also possesses superhuman speed, enhanced reflexes, and agility, as shown when he always moves super-fast, especially when flying.
- Plasm Form: The Super-Skrull possesses the physical ability to envelop his entire body or portions of his body with fiery plasma without harming himself.
- Fire Manipulation: The Super-Skrull can generate shapes composed of fire from any point on his body, such as long streams of fire.
- Flight: The Super-Skrull, with mental stimulation of his flame, can form a jet of fire from his feet, directed behind him, which allows him to achieve flight
- Heat Absorption: The Super-Skrull can absorb infinite amounts of heat.
- Invisibility: The Super-Skrull possesses the mental ability to manipulate ambient cosmic energy for a variety of effects, including rendering himself and other objects invisible and the construction of solid, invisible force fields.
- Force Fields: The Super-Skrull, through concentration, is able to project a field force, which he can manipulate into a number of relatively simple forms: rectangular planes, cylinders, globes, domes, cones, etc.
- Plasticity: The Super-Skrull possesses the ability to convert the mass of his entire body into a highly malleable state at will.
- Elongation: The Super-Skrull can extend his limbs, torso, or neck to great distances.
- Grappling: The Super-Skrull may restrain opponents very efficiently by using his elastic form to entangle them.
- Movement: The Super-Skrull can move at great speeds by stretching to his destination.
- Combine Powers: Super-Skrull can use more than one power at a time, which allows him to combine his powers in various ways, he can create force fields in his flames so that they do not extinguish, among other things.
